Board Meetings
The Independence Metropolitan Districts are governed by five-member Boards of Directors in whom rests the authority to manage, control, and supervise all of the business affairs of the Districts. The Districts’ Board of Directors hold Special Business Meetings as needed.
Meeting Notice & Agenda
The Boards of Directors for the Independence Metropolitan District Nos. 1 and 3 will conduct a virtual Special Joint Meeting on Tuesday - September 26, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Copies of the meeting notice and agenda, and a 2022 Budget Amendment Notice are available below.
The Next Regular meeting of the Districts' Board of Directors is scheduled for November 16, 2023.

Meetings are conducted virtually unless otherwise specified and all meetings are open to the public.
